I called CDM mid-afternoon 12/13 and received a call back from a technician within 10 mins. He was at my house within a few hours and went above and beyond to explain what he was doing, why he needed to do it, how it would help, and what he recommended for future maintenance. Dave was his name and he was THE BEST. The pricing was reasonable and the service was top-notch; and I didn't even have to pay any additional fees for same day service! They even offer coupons on their website that I was able to use as well! Dave was friendly, knowledgeable and beyond personable. We had issues with overflow from our cesspool (water everywhere!) on Monday morning. Mike and his crew were at our house by 3:30 that afternoon!! After assessing the problem, he not only explained it, he showed it to us, and how it would be repaired. He could have talked us into another service, but he explained that it looked good and we should be ok for a few years! We were one flush away from having sewage spilling into our home. His price was extremely fair, and we didn’t have one doubt that we were not being “ripped off”. He fixed our problem, quickly and perfectly. Mike took us back to show us the work done. Mike, Johnnie and Phil were responsive, professional, the service above and beyond. They quickly located the cesspools (I had no idea where they were in my 1860 farmhouse) and returned later in the day to work with the plumber to resolve an additional problem and didn't leave till they made sure we were good to go...while here one of the guys stopped to help the kid who mows the lawn fix his lawnmower. If you're looking for good work, fair price and a stand up guys, call CDM.

I called this company during an emergency backup during a snow storm. They responded immediately, found my cesspool and corrected the situation all within an hour! I had believed that the situation that caused the backup was way more serious. It ended up being a backup line. Being an ex law enforcement officer, integrity in business is of utmost importance. Needed to get the line from the house to the pool replaced last Friday. got ahold of mike p. who said he would be here in an hour. he showed up on time with his crew. when they dug up the pool they found a major problem with the pool cover, in addition to the failure of the old orangeberg line.
